We would like to welcome you to our house in the heart of the village of Parigné-le-Pôlin. Ideally situated, it is only 15 minutes' drive from the famous Le Mans 24 Hours race circuit. Whether you're here for an event, a family break or a quiet getaway, we hope you'll feel right at home. The space Welcome to Le Havre Pôlin, a peaceful house located in the village of Parigné-Le-Polin, just 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. On the ground floor, enjoy a living room with an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you need for cooking, a dining room, a lounge with television and Wi-Fi connection. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Outside, an adjoining terrace invites you to relax with its dining table, deckchairs and electric barbecue. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a smaller bed, which is ideal for two children but a bit tight for two adults. There is also a bathroom. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided throughout your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, which will be entirely reserved for you during your stay. Respect for neighbours and nuisances - Please preserve the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. - Parties, evenings, events or any activity generating excessive noise are strictly prohibited. 4. Maintenance - Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy when you leave (clean dishes, emptied bins, etc.). - In the event of breakage, damage or loss, please notify the host immediately. - Towels must not be used for make-up, self-tanning products or shoes. 5. Specific prohibitions - No smoking inside the accommodation (only outside, if cigarette butts are disposed of properly). - Pets are not allowed unless prior agreement has been obtained. 6. Safety and precautions - Please turn off the lights, heating and electrical appliances before leaving the accommodation. - Close doors and windows when you leave the premises. - Use of the spa, barbecue or swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. 7. Legal clause and liability - The tenant is liable for any damage, loss or deterioration caused to the accommodation, its equipment and its exterior during the stay. - Any damage found will result in a deduction from the deposit, or even an additional charge if the amount exceeds the deposit. - In the event of neighbourhood disturbances, night-time noise or failure to comply with the rules, the booking may be cancelled without notice or refund, in accordance with Airbnb's terms and conditions. 8. Penalties - The host reserves the right to take civil action in the event of intentional damage or obvious non-compliance with the rules. - In the event of a dispute, French law shall apply, and the court of the location of the property shall have jurisdiction.
