Charming apartment of about 90 sqm, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the second floor of a building without a lift. The property is located within the walls of Palmanova, the famous fortress-city in the shape of a nine-pointed star, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The central location allows easy access to the main attractions of the city. The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. The space The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, armchair and TV; - KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM 2 with single bed, chest of drawers and desk; - BEDROOM 3 with single bed and wardrobe; - SERVICE BATHROOM with sink, toilet and washing machine; - FULL BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet; - 2 BALCONIES (access from the bedroom and the living room) one of which is furnished with a small outdoor table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: illimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the corridor in the sleeping area), central heating, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
