Adler House is a modern, fully equipped year-round home designed to escape the city's hustle and bustle. It is located on the Oder River, amid meadows and forests, in the buffer zone of the Cedynski Landscape Park. This place provides peace, quiet, beautiful views, and spectacular sunsets. Great for families and groups of friends looking for relaxation and active recreation. The sauna and hot tub are available all year round. Pool available only during the summer season (July - August). The space The house on the ground floor has 3 bedrooms (of which 2 have a private bathroom), 3 bathrooms, and a common area, i.e. a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. You'll climb the stairs to the mezzanine (note - the stairs are steep) and there's an extra place to sleep, foosball, toys, and children's books. At the top of the stairs are secured with a lockable gate (for child safety). Up to 9 adults can stay in the house. Room and bed layout: • Bedroom 1: double bed (160 cm wide) + private bathroom • Bedroom 2: double bed (160 cm wide) + private bathroom • Bedroom 3: double bed (160 cm wide) and children's bed (160 x 70 cm) • Hallway bathroom • Living room with kitchen and dining area • Mezzanine: double bed (160 cm wide), double bed (140 cm wide) The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and accessories: dishwasher, oven, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, bowls, pots, pans, glasses, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender. Linens and towels are provided. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. Guests also have access to the washing machine. On the spacious terrace there is a large table with chairs, sun loungers, a gas grill and a Jacuzzi. The deck is partially covered so you can use it even during rainy weather! There is a sauna and a swimming pool in the garden (only during the summer season). The area is partially fenced. The outside area is monitored. Guest access Adler House guests have individual access to the entire property with a garden and a beach with a jetty that is located near the house (150m). The beach along with the jetty is shared with guests from neighboring houses. Our guests can use the jacauzzi and the sauna located on the Adler House property. The sauna on the beach is for guests staying in other, adjacent properties (House With The View and Lavender House). Please adhere to the above rules! Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Pets are not allowed. Penalty for having a dog, cat, or other pet 500€. No smoking inside the house or in the hot tub‼️ Penalty for smoking and other tobacco products in the house 500€. Garbage separation applies. Quiet hours from 10pm to 6am. The home is electrically heated. ‼️No lighting fires in the fireplace!!️ ‼️No charging of electric vehicles (€300 fine)‼️
