We invite you to a house on the Oder, where mornings begin with coffee in peace and quiet, and evenings end in a hot tub under the stars… Adler House is a modern year-round house, designed as an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and the monotony of everyday life. Perfect for a family weekend or a trip with friends — it comfortably accommodates up to 9 people looking for relaxation and a peaceful getaway. The sauna and hot tub are available all year round. The swimming pool is only available during the summer season. The beach with a jetty is 150 metres from the house. The space On the ground floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms (2 of which have an en-suite bathroom), 3 bathrooms and a common area, i.e. a living room with a dining area and a kitchen. The house can accommodate a maximum of 9 adults. You can access it via a steep staircase, and there you'll also find a table football game, toys and children's books. At the top, the stairs are secured with a lockable gate (for children's safety). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories: dishwasher, oven, microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs, bowls, pots, pans, glasses, filter coffee machine, toaster and blender. Bed linen and towels are provided at the property. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom. Guests also have access to a washing machine. The spacious terrace features a large table with chairs, sun loungers, a gas barbecue and a private hot tub. The terrace is partially covered, so you can use it even in rainy weather! The garden features a private sauna and swimming pool (only in summer). The property is partially fenced. The outdoor area is monitored. Welcome to our paradise… Guest access Adler House guests have individual access to the entire property with a garden and a beach with a jetty that is located near the house (150m). The beach along with the jetty is shared with guests from neighboring houses. As a guest at Adler House, you are guaranteed: 🛁 Private hot tub on the terrace 🔥 A private sauna in the garden – exclusively for our guests. Important‼️ The sauna by the beach is not part of Adler House and is intended for guests staying in the neighbouring properties (House With The View and Lavender House). Please adhere to the above rules! Other things to note 🐾 Due to the nature of the property and hygiene regulations, we do not accept pets. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and in the hot tub. 🚮 Waste separation is required. 🌙 Quiet hours (outside / on the terrace) 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. - Please respect the peaceful nature of the area. The house is electrically heated. It is forbidden to light a fire in the fireplace‼️ The fireplace is a decorative feature and is not intended for use by guests. 🎆 Fireworks are prohibited (except on New Year's Eve). 🚗 Electric cars can be charged for an additional fee. 🔥 There's a fire pit by the beach, and firewood 🪵 is provided.
