Cottage in the heart of Lechlade

Tovey Cottage is ideally located in the heart of Lechlade on a quiet no-through road, just a short stroll to the shops or down to the River Thames. It provides the perfect base from which to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding area. Nearby attractions include: Oxford, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, Diddly Squat Farm Shop, The Farmer’s Dog, Cheltenham, Bath, Bicester Village, The Thames Path. The space Tovey Cottage is a single level dwelling with off-street parking for one large vehicle. On entering the property there is a bathroom with large walk-in shower, basin and toilet. Along the hallway are two bedrooms - one with a King size bed and one with two single beds. There are drawers and hanging space for clothes. The kitchen has a dining table for 4 people, a large Belfast sink, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils. There is a back door which leads out into an enclosed courtyard which has a table and chairs and Webber coal bbq. Off the kitchen there is a large sitting room with French doors opening onto the front of the property. All bed linen and towels are provided. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourselves. Other things to note Sherborne Street is a beautiful, quiet little street tucked away behind the main high street of Lechlade. The neighbours are all very friendly and supportive and we wish to keep it this way, so please respect the quiet hours and treat the cottage as if it were your own.
