The adjoining dining area is ideal for shared moments, whether breakfast with a view or a cozy dinner. Comfortable living room: The open living area features a large sofa, smart TV, and bioethanol fireplace – all framed by floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning panoramic views. Separate bedroom: The spacious bedroom is fitted with a high-quality hotel box-spring bed, ensuring restful sleep. A baby crib is available upon request. Bathroom & guest WC: A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, plus an additional guest WC, provide extra convenience. Ideal for nature lovers & those seeking peace LuxApart Loft is located directly by fields and hiking trails – perfect for walks, bike tours, or trips to the Ahr Valley. Dog owners are welcome too (max. 2 dogs per stay – see house rules). A private parking space directly at the house is also included. Other things to note Notes for summer stays Even on hot summer days, LuxApart Loft remains pleasantly comfortable. The building is insulated to modern energy-efficiency standards and features a smart shading system for the large window areas. A central ventilation system also ensures a continuous and pleasant flow of fresh air, even when the windows are closed. This keeps the apartment a comfortable retreat throughout the summer.
