The space This unique place, full of history and character, was fully renovated in 2013 to offer all modern comforts within an authentic and warm setting. Enjoy a true haven of peace, blending old-world charm and contemporary comfort, in the heart of a typical southern village. Close to Montpellier and the beaches, it’s the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Highlights: Exposed stone walls, solid wood floors, high ceilings 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets Private saltwater pool, no overlooking neighbors Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor, ducted system upstairs Covered terrace + landscaped courtyard Ideal for family or friends stays from June to October Ground floor: • Entrance hall with frosted glass door, bench, storage, and coat rack • Separate toilet with hand basin • Fully equipped separate kitchen: granite worktop, American fridge, 3-burner stove, hood, oven, microwave, coffee machines (Senseo and French press), dishwasher, recycling bins. Central island with storage and 4 stools. Direct access to the covered terrace and courtyard. Bright living area with two zones: •Dining room: large table for convivial meals, board games available, and a library • Lounge: corner sofa with electric recliners, wall-mounted TV, soundbar, Orange fiber internet Upstairs (1st floor): • Master bedroom: king-size bed (180x200), double dressing room, TV, private desk. Ensuite bathroom with corner balneotherapy bathtub and double sink. • Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed, dressing room, desk (street view) • Bedroom 3: double bed (140 cm) + single extra bed (80 cm foam mattress) • Large shower room with walk-in shower and 120 cm sink • Full laundry room: washing machine, dryer, steam iron station, dressing room • 3 separate toilets, all with hand basins Outside: • You will have a private courtyard with no vis-à-vis with access to our swimming pool (7x4m length, depth 1.40 m, width 2.70 m with steps but no beach). In summer the swimming pool is sunny from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. approximately • Large table for 8 people with electric plancha, perfect for summer meals, and a shaded garden lounge for aperitifs or coffee. Practical info: • Fiber Wi-Fi connection • Air conditioning: split system on ground floor, ducted upstairs • 1 parking spot in front of the house and free parking on the village square opposite A cleaning service is done before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the house in a decent state. Guests will receive all essentials for comfort and hygiene such as linens, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo, and tea towels. Guest access The entire house is at the disposal of our guests.
