In the heart of the countryside, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, this charming cottage is located in one of the buildings of the La Garencière estate. Our property is an old farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy shared outdoor dining areas and can enjoy our entire garden, playgrounds... The space On the ground floor: - A living room with living room and equipped kitchen. - Toilet and washing machine. Upstairs: - One bedroom with double bed 160x200cm with desk. - A second bedroom with double bed 160x200cm. - A bedroom with 2 single beds and games for kids. - A bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - A desk on the landing Sheets and towels included. Kid friendly: the accommodation benefits from board games, toys, children's cutlery... All baby equipment (bed, bathtub, high chair...) can be made available on request and free of charge. Shared game room: foosball, wooden play structure, kitchen, merchant, awakening mat, darts, toy library, library... Shared outdoor spaces: Indoor pool and solarium in season, football goal, basketball baskets, swings, wooden cabin, sandpit, children's bikes, patio, picnic table... THE POOL IS OPEN AND HEATED FROM APRIL 11 TO NOVEMBER 1. Other things to note Breakfast basket extra and by reservation until the day before check-in.
