PRACTICAL INFORMATION No kitchen: this is not a cottage, it's a getaway. You still have a combi-oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes. Enough to make breakfast and reheat a platter — Fromagerie 1346, in Crécy, prepares superb cheese/charcuterie platters, and you get 5% off by mentioning that you're staying with us. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cleaning is included. Guest access The accommodation is in the basement of our house, with independent access from the outside, at the level of the bay window. Not overlooked: the space is exclusively yours. Self check-in by code, from 4 PM — even on the same day as the booking. Check-out before 11 a.m. (late check-out possible on request, with an extra charge). We live next door and respond within an hour. Free parking in the courtyard, or in the parking lots of Crédit Agricole and the movie theater (electric charging stations). INCLUDED — OUR GYM AND PLAYROOM 400 m away, on the same street (421 rue du Général de Gaulle). The access card is waiting for you on the bar. Open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., no reservation required, no extra charge. Downstairs is the gym. Upstairs, the games room: French billiards, darts, ping-pong, 2 PS5s, 2 Switches and an arcade basketball game, freely accessible. Three machines operate with coins: billiards table and air hockey €2, foosball table 50 cents — bring some change. Other things to note The hot tub is heated to 36°C, a temperature that is suitable for most people. It cannot be adjusted on site for reasons of water balance — let us know before your arrival if you want it to be different. The sauna takes a long time to heat up and turns off automatically at the end of the session: remember to confirm the heating on the thermostat after selecting your temperature. The dehumidifier must remain on when the hot tub cover is removed. Please cover the hot tub after each use, and rinse swimsuits if you come back from the beach. The accommodation is non-smoking, no pets allowed, and for 2 people only. Quiet requested between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Romantic decoration offered: heart of petals on the bed, path of petals upon request. JACUZZI TEMPERATURE Standard temperature: 36°C. Change on request before check-in, subject to the capabilities of the system and after agreement on the fee: increase of 1–2°C, €10 per stay; increase of more than 2°C, €20 per stay. Maximum: 39°C. Lowering the temperature and returning to the standard temperature are free of charge. The settings are adjusted by us; please do not change them yourself. HOURS AND OPTIONS Check-in from 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. at no extra charge if the property is ready, after our confirmation. Check-in between 1pm and 3pm: €30. Before 1:00 pm: surcharge of 50% of the average nightly rate of the stay, excluding housekeeping and other surcharges. Any early check-in is upon request, subject to availability and after confirmation of the time by us. Late check-out until 4pm: €30, on request and after confirmation, only if the schedule allows and if there is no rental immediately afterwards.
