The space The mysterious canopied driveway will lead you through to this beautiful, spacious three bedroom off grid house, with a generous living areas including a gorgeous sun drenched deck and amazing bush outlooks all around. This delightful house has an open plan kitchen with plenty of bench space, naturally well lit dining area and large lounge room to either sit and read by the woodfired heater or settle in for some laughs with games and a movie. (Apple TV and WiFi available). Both main bedrooms have queen sized beds, wardrobes, and sliding doors leading to outside. The third bedroom with bunks will be a great room for the kids to have a cozy night sleep. Guest access You will have full access to all lounge room, decks, bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Other things to note A great area for walking with the "Bingie Dreaming" track 3km from the house (the track is 5km long) and plenty of coastal walks also available in the area. There a walking access track to the beach which would take around 20 minutes. If driving is the preferred option, it's only a matter of minutes away. There are plenty of bays and beaches around this area to check out. Moruya is only 10 minutes away and has terrific markets on Saturday mornings as well as some mainstream and boutique shops. 20 Minutes south you'll arrive in Bodalla and the well known Dairy Shed, which is always a rewarding stop for everyone. For the more adventurous outdoor explorers, there is plenty more to be found west of Moruya and furthers south along the coast. Super vision of children is recommended for areas beyond the mown grass around the house. There are dams and creeks also on the property. Please be aware of the wildlife and respect the animals such as, frogs, birds and specially the kangaroos. Please do not feed them and don't pat them (remember that they are living in their own habitat and might be harmful if you try to approach them or pat them). When some high powered appliances are in use, the generator will power up and will be slightly audible whilst they run. This is not a loud or concerning noise, just a part of the off grid experience.
