The space Apartment D is centrally located on the attic floor of this monumental villa and offers a unique mix of authentic details and contemporary luxury. The spacious, bright living space is stylishly decorated with high-quality materials and calm colors, and overlooks the surrounding park. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Nespresso, induction, combi oven), a spacious sitting area, dining area and a washer/dryer. The king-size box spring with hotel-quality bed linen and en-suite bathroom with rain shower ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note: only accessible via stairs. Guest access The apartments are completely private. Guests have exclusive access to the terrace at the front of the building and always enjoy priority when making reservations at the restaurant. Other things to note Practical information: There is no parking directly at the house, but you can park at the Dahliavereniging Amersfoort, just a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is accessible via a staircase, making it less suitable for guests with mobility restrictions. To access the apartment, it is necessary to have a mobile phone on hand, as the entrance is digitally controlled.
