Designed by an architect, a traditional Finnish summer cottage in Tammisaari, elegantly furnished with Nordic design furniture. 🏡 It combines nature, peace, and location. 🏖️ Dedicated kid-friendly beach, dock, and separate sauna building next to the deck. 🚗 By car to the yard about 80 min from Helsinki and Tammisaari services only 15 min drive. 🛏️ Sleeps up to 8 – great for a family or group of friends. The space The cottage and sauna building is a spacious 60 sqm unit. Bed linen and towels are included in the booking. 🛏️ Bedrooms - The downstairs bedrooms have 160 cm wide double beds with comfortable spring mattresses. - There is more sleeping space in the loft with two 80 cm spring mattresses and two foam mattresses. There is a steep staircase to the loft, so please take this into account when booking. 🍽️ Kitchen The well-equipped kitchen has the necessary equipment for cooking; - fridge with small freezer - fast induction cooker and convection oven - coffee maker, electric mixer, hand blender - dishes for eight people - serving dishes. In addition, the cottage has spices such as salt and pepper, as well as oil for frying. 🛋️ Other facilities in the cottage - The dining area has a direct view of the sea and the dining table can easily accommodate eight people - The living room has room for a relaxed stay for a larger group The living room has a fireplace and board games for spending time together. 🚿 Sauna There is a separate sauna building with a bathroom next to the terrace. - The bathroom has a rain shower and underfloor heating - The atmospheric sauna is heated by an electric stove and the benches have a view of the sea - The sauna building also has a Separett Villa toilet that can be used for a small emergency The shower water comes from its own borehole and is suitable for washing. ⛱️ Outdoor spaces - The terrace has a dining set for six and comfortable lounge chairs for lounging. - Outdoor cooking can be done with a gas grill or a Muurikka pan. - The outdoor fireplace heats up on cool evenings and you can fry delicacies in the fireplace with metal sausage sticks. Outdoors, time is spent, for example, competing in darts, playing Mölkky or admiring the scenery on a SUP board at sea. 🧻 Toilet Needs are taken care of in a neat outdoor toilet. The warehouse building on the corner of the plot is not available to guests. Other things to note The property has its own borehole, which provides washing water, but drinking water must be carried. We offer our guests 20l of clean drinking water/stay. 🚰 The courtyard of the cottage is still a bit unfinished after the renovation, so there may be branches piled up on the plot or other items waiting to be removed. However, the living areas are ready and cleaned for use. 🪚🪵
