Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A newly renovated 1 bedroom gite in the glorious Charente countryside. The gite has all the facilities you could want in a beautiful setting. With private access to the large pool and facilities. Take a country walk by the sunflower fields and watch the barley ripen in the sun. La Velideale cycle path passes in front of the house. With easy access to local market towns, chateau, coffee shops and restaurants, a beautiful stay awaits you. The space Newly renovated the gite provides comfortable accommodation inside and outside. The house has a living, dining, kitchen space with everything you could want for your stay. There is comfortable seating, a large dining table and full kitchen. Upstairs is a very spacious bedroom with white linen and towels provided. There is cupboard and hanging space and a newly fitted en-suite bathroom with walk in cubicle and waterfall shower. The outside provides seating directly outside the gite for you to enjoy the surroundings, with a charcoal BBQ for your personal use. The pool (10mX 5m) and area, with seating, sun loungers and a dining table with gas BBQ is available for your PRIVATE USE during the hours of 10am-6pm each day (pool cleaning on Tuesday morning). There is a pool shower and toilet. Pool towels are provided per person/week. Other things to note The gite, garden and pool area are strictly no smoking and no vaping area’s.
