The space Rural idyll with a short distance to both fjords and mountains. The farm is located in a rural area, only 100 meters from the beautiful Årgårdselva river, at the entrance gate to Kystriksveien between Steinkjer and Bodø. With about half an hour's drive to both Namsos in the north and Steinkjer in the south, you have easy access to city life – while being in the middle of scenic surroundings. Right outside the door awaits magnificent nature – with forests, mountains, salmon rivers and fishing waters within reach. The farm is close to both hunting grounds and fishing spots, and it is arranged for hanging game on the property. With Årgårdselva right next to it, there is a short drive to exciting salmon fishing. In winter, there is a short distance to prepared ski trails. If you want a mountain hike, Øyenskavlen - the village's highest mountain - is perfect for cross-country skiing. The farm is an ideal starting point for day trips to a number of popular experiences, such as via ferrata and climbing in Flatanger, Den Gyldne Omvei, Jøatrappa, river along Namsen, Sævik golf course, Grong alpine center, Dampsaga bath and spa and Grong karting.
