We rent out the spacious attic of our house. The attic consists of a living room (30m2), bedroom (23m2) and bathroom (5m2). This former consultation office from 1932 is located within walking distance (500m) of the train station and the center of Assen and practically next to the Asser Bos. 3.5 km (walking, cycling distance) from the TT Circuit. Free parking is available on private driveway. Possibly store motorcycles behind the fence on private property. 2 people NO smoking No pets The space The attic consists of a living room (30m2), bedroom (23m2) and bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet (5m2) and is located on the 2nd floor. The living room has a refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker. Guest access Our guests sleep on the 2nd floor. You can reach this via the stairwell (of our house).
