The space Welcome to Spot H34, located in the heart of Hermanville-sur-Mer, close to the beach and shops. Upon entering the courtyard, the house is on the right, with its private parking space numbered 222A. On the ground floor you will find: An equipped kitchen on the left: filter coffee maker, refrigerator, hood, mini oven, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, double fire glass-ceramic hobs. Cutlery and basic cooking equipment are stored in the cupboards. An outdoor table with two chairs, arranged against the opposite wall. On the right, a dining table for 4 people, extended by a cozy living room with two armchairs, a sofa bed for two people, wall TV, internet connection and an air purifier for optimal comfort. A discreet staircase between the dining room and the living room leads upstairs: At the top of the stairs, behind a sliding door, are the separate toilets. Opposite: a built-in dressing room. On the left: a bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and wall-mounted TV. On the right: a modern bathroom with shower, 2-drawer vanity unit, large illuminated mirror, washing machine and built-in cabinet at the bottom. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort in summer and winter. A functional, warm and perfectly located pied-à-terre to discover the Normandy coast! Included: Wifi, Linen (towels, tea towels, bath mats, sheets for the double bed). A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge and a garbage bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation. For the remainder of the stay, we'll let you buy what you need. Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as all amenities. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is from 4 p.m. Check-out is until 10am maximum. When you enter the courtyard, your private parking space is just across the street, clearly marked on the ground with the number 222A painted in white. It is entirely reserved for you during your stay. ???? If you are traveling with multiple vehicles, you will find free parking spaces on the surrounding streets, which are generally easy to access. Other things to note ???? Important – Parking in the courtyard The accommodation has only one private parking space, numbered 222A, which is reserved for you. Please do not use the other locations in the courtyard, as each place is allocated to a different accommodation. Compliance with this guideline is essential to ensure the smooth running of the stay of all residents.
