The space 🏡 The House of Sheep is a detached house of 75 sqm, which we have completely renovated in a modern way and nicely decorated, with warm colors and a friendly atmosphere. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, the beds are made upon your arrival: • Two bedrooms with a double bed 160x200 cm • A bedroom with a double bed 140x200 cm + a single bunk bed (90 cm) for a child The other rooms: • A bathroom with shower, large sink, hairdryer, first aid kit, backlit mirror and a vanity mirror (towels are provided) • A separate toilet located in the entrance to the house • Fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction stove, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Senseo, multi-cooker robot, fridge and freezer, full dishes • A dining area with a large table, 6 chairs and 1 junior chair • A cozy living room with large corner sofa, 4K smart TV, books, board games, children's toys The enclosed private garden of 400 m2 consists of a terrace of 16 m² with forest table and parasol in summer. Two to three parking spaces are available in the enclosed courtyard. Everything is designed for a pleasant, convenient and relaxing stay, whether you are coming with family, couples or for a business trip. *** 🏖️ The house is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the Domaine des Lacs with a large free sandy beach, where you can enjoy various water activities at Wampark: inflatables for children, pedal boats, paddleboarding, water skiing, beach volleyball, etc. You will also find a friendly area for a drink and a snack. Just a 1-minute walk away, the Canal des Vosges with the Voie Bleue offers a perfect setting for beautiful walks. Thaon-les-Vosges is only a 10-minute drive from Épinal, accessible via the highway. ⛷️ In winter, you will find the ski runs of Gérardmer and La Bresse (among others) about 45 minutes away. *** 🛒 For your shopping, a Super U and an Aldi, both open 7 days a week, as well as a large artisanal bakery are a 3-minute walk from the house.
