Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso Neo included), with a barbecue in the garden and a large living room with a 50” Smart TV. Comfort guaranteed in all seasons, with a wood-burning stove and air-conditioning on the ground floor, plus an indoor winter garden and a panoramic balcony. - The Design and Comfort Resting Retreat, for unwinding: The first floor was designed as our quiet zone. A haven for unwinding, with interiors designed for rest, where comfort is ensured by 2 king-size beds and 2 single beds, as well as the quality of premium linens. With 3 spacious bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people (with 2 extra beds). Bathrooms: 1 full en-suite bathroom with bathtub, 1 full bathroom with shower, and 1 half bathroom on the ground floor - Art and Identity, to behold: The exclusive “Robin” mural by the artist NAPS, which symbolizes the deep connection between A Casa de Sobrado and the rural and natural world.
