Charming house 10 minutes from the city center
Description
Charming 1930s house with a large garden, free parking and a tram to the city center in 10 minutes. Sleeps up to 6 persons. LGBTQ+ friendly. No extra fees for cleaning, linens, pets or extra guests. The space Welcome to our charming 1930s house in Hisingen. The house has been carefully renovated according to the principles of building conservation, with a focus on reuse, traditional materials and preserved character. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and a bright, glass-enclosed dining room overlooking the garden and the mountain behind the house. An excellent place for long breakfasts, dinners and game nights. The large windows make the changing seasons a natural part of the room, and during wintertime, it is especially cozy to sit indoors with a view of the garden when the snow is falling outside. The upstairs has two bedrooms, and there is a laundry room in the basement. The house is suitable for 3-4 people, with the possibility of additional sleeping places if needed. The garden is set on a sunny southwest-facing slope and is laid out in several terraces with various patios for meals, relaxation and evening sun. The lower part of the property is fenced, and there are several playgrounds in the nearby area. Free parking is available on the street outside. Three tram lines serve the Eketrägatan stop with frequent departures 24 hours a day, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to central Gothenburg without changing trams. Without changing, you can reach, among other places, Liseberg, Universeum, Avenyn, Central Station, Brunnsparken and the old town of Haga. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house and garden except for two rooms in the basement that we have for storage.
