It can be reached in about 1 hour by train or about 1 hour by car from Fukuoka Airport, and it is a 12-minute walk from the nearest JR Oreo Station. Pick-up and drop-off service and luggage storage prior to check-in are available with advance booking. There are restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient for long-term stays. Kitakyushu THE Outlet is about 15 minutes by car, Don Quijote, Muji Ryohin, Costco, and Aeon are within 20 minutes by car, and Kitakyushu University of Health Sciences is about 10 minutes by car. Vaccinated dogs can use the common areas and the dog run. If the timing is right, there are also opportunities to participate in local Bon Odori and mochi pounding competitions. Nearby tourist attractions include Mt. Saragura, one of Japan's three new top night views, Kokura Castle, Moshi Port Retro and Karato Market. It is equipped with free parking, BBQ facilities, a sink, an outdoor water supply, a foot-washing area and Wi-Fi. Guest access Depending on the season, you can enjoy flower viewing, playing in the water, and bonfires in the shared garden space on the property. The host's home is also on the property, and we will be happy to assist you if you need anything. During your stay We are a family of three generations living on the same property. Check-in and check-out are generally handled directly at the entrance of the house, and we will be as flexible as possible with the times, but we may not be able to accommodate your requests, so please consult with us in advance. During your stay, we will respect your privacy as a guest, but we will be within easy reach should you need anything. If you wish, we can also provide you with recommendations for nearby spots and local events. Other things to note 🚗 Access · Transportation · Luggage In case of train from ✈Fukuoka International Airport, 6 minutes by subway from Fukuoka International Airport Station to Hakata Station (fare ￥260 yen), JR Kagoshima Main Line Rapid from Hakata Station to Rapid JR Kagoshima Main Line Rapid (fare ￥1170 yen), total travel time is about 1 hour, 10 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes, and the total fare is about 1430 yen. The rapid train goes out every 15-20 minutes, and if you use the limited express sonic, it takes about 45 minutes from Hakata Station to Orio Station, and a special express ticket (free seat ￥860 yen, designated seat ￥1330 yen) is required. After you arrive at Onao Station, you will be picked up by 7-seater Alphard, about a 5-minute drive to the inn, and about an hour and a half from Fukuoka Airport to the inn. From Fukuoka Airport, take the Fukuoka City Expressway (Loop Line) to Kyushu Expressway, head towards Moji, and get off at Yawata Interchange (Hachiman/Kurosaki Exit). From Hachiman Interchange to the inn is 7-8 kilometers, about 15 minutes, and about 70 kilometers from Fukuoka Airport to the inn, about 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes without traffic, and the high-speed price is around ￥2000 yen. From Kitakyushu Airport, take the Higashi Kyushu Expressway toward Fukuoka, about 45km, about 50-60 minutes. Parking is not on premise, but we have a free parking space less than a minute's walk away. Parking is not prohibited on the road in front of the inn, but please use it for temporary rides and disembarkation, and please move to the parking lot promptly after check-in. The location will be given at check-in. 🌿 Regarding the use of the garden, BBQ, and camp, please contact us in advance to use the garden and BBQ space. Chairs, tables, BBQ tables, hammocks, and other equipment can be used for free. After the BBQ, please help us dispose of the fire and sort the trash. About 🐾 pets/animals We have guard dogs in the back of the building for security purposes. They may bark, but they do not enter the guest space. The host has a dog and a cat, so please let us know in advance if you have animal allergies or are concerned about the noise. Information about the facilities and use of the 🏡 inn The baths in each room are compact size and have a bathtub and shower. Please note that those who value size.
