Authentic Sologne farmhouse

At Neuteau, you won't find standard furniture or objects without a story. Each piece has been found, sanded, repainted, carefully repurposed — and most importantly, with heart. We conceived this house as a refuge, a living place, welcoming, and a reflection of who we are. We put our soul into it, as if it were our own... and we hope it will be a a little bit yours for the duration of your stay. For your safety, the exteriors of the houses are under video surveillance. The space A house of about 170 m² comprising: - Entrance - Guest toilet - Bathroom - Living room/kitchen/dining room of about 45 m² with fireplace - 2 bedrooms on the ground floor - 1 shower room with toilet - Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed - Accessible independently by an external staircase, 1 bedroom with coffee maker, teapot, 160 cm bed and a single bed, shower room and toilet. Private terrace overlooking the pond. 1.5 hectare stocked pond in front of the house. Possibility to fish there (no equipment on site). The whole was renovated and completed in May 2025. High-end renovation in accordance with Sologne traditions. Jacuzzi coming soon. Ample parking is entirely at your disposal. Along the side of the house, a gravel path will lead you to the front of the house, right next to the front door if you have heavy luggage!
