The space The apartment is located in Petersburg, a district of Gottmadingen. It is located on the first floor, is about 30 m², bright, modern and lovingly furnished and offers direct access to the covered terrace and its own garden. A 1.60 m wide bed, in a cozy sleeping alcove, with two different mattress hardnesses, ensures a good night's sleep. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove (2 hotplates), fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave – cooking utensils are of course also available. The living/cooking/dining area has a large window front overlooking the garden where you can relax on sun loungers. There is also a small workplace overlooking the countryside. In the bathroom you will find a spacious modern shower/toilet with washbasin, towel radiator, mirror and base cabinet. Technical comfort is provided by electrically controlled blinds, tempered underfloor heating (heating/cooling) and controlled ventilation ensures fresh air, so you don't have to open the windows on hot summer days. The whole building was renovated in 2024. 2 duvets + pillows including bed linen (dimensions 155 x 220 cm) are available, as well as towels and kitchen towels. Guest access The apartment is accessed through a separate entrance. A parking space is available for the apartment, as well as 2 bicycle parking spaces in a lockable storage room. Other things to note The accommodation is in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (12 minutes to the Rheinbad Gailingen), Switzerland and nature. Ideal for walks, hikes and bike tours. Shopping facilities can be reached in 4 minutes by car or in 8 minutes by bike. By car you can get to the following places: Konstanz 40 min Radolfzell 25 min Singen 15 min Zurich 1:05 h Stein am Rhein 19 minutes Schaffhausen 20 min The Hegau is characterized by old volcanic mountains, on which there are partly old castle ruins. From the Hegau view (25 min.), you have a wonderful view of it, sometimes even with an Alpine panorama.
