Depending on the circumstances (emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance. Other things to note • No smoking inside the home (penalties apply) • SMOKING IS ALLOWED ONLY ON THE BALCONY. • No shoes inside the home • Parties inside the home are strictly forbidden (penalties apply) • Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM • Furniture must be returned to its original position on departure • All windows must be closed on departure • Turn off all AC's, lights & other electrical appliances on departure
