The space THE APARTMENT Bright, new-build apartment of 60 m², entirely on the ground floor and step-free. Open-plan living and dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom and a private garden right outside the patio door. Everything is as good as new, modern and exactly as it looks in the photos. OUTSIDE The private garden with terrace is what guests most often praise here, and no other apartment in the building has it. Garden furniture and an outdoor dining area are available for coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening, and in between for children who just want to play outside. SLEEPING One bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed and an additional 1.60 m bed in the living area, which also serves as a couch. Both have very good mattresses, blackout curtains on the windows, and fresh bed linen and towels are provided. KITCHEN & DAILY LIFE ★ Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, oven and freezer ★ Nespresso machine, tea selection, wine glasses, spices and everything for cooking ★ Washing machine and dryer, both free of charge and ideal for longer stays ★ 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and regular TV programming ★ Private workspace with fast Wi-Fi and LAN connection, plus Alexa for music and radio FOR FAMILIES Baby cot, travel cot and high chair free of charge on request. The playground is only about 100 meters away, and the garden is right outside the door. SURROUNDINGS You can reach a supermarket with a bakery, a café, a restaurant and a beer garden in a few minutes on foot; the pizzeria is across the street. Scheyern Abbey with its monastery brewery is right next door, and there is an e-bike parking space in the underground garage for bike tours through the Hallertau. You can reach Munich in about 45 minutes by car, Ingolstadt with the Audi Forum in 25 minutes, and Therme Erding and the Allianz Arena are easy day trips. After booking, you will receive personalized recommendations for restaurants, activities, and the most beautiful places in Bavaria. Guest access The entire apartment is yours, plus your own garden with terrace and your parking space in the underground garage. Check-in is completely self-service via an electronic door lock. Before arrival, you will receive your personal access and detailed instructions. So it is not a problem at all if it is later or if you don't know your exact arrival time yet. You can drop off your luggage earlier by arrangement or leave it after check-out.
