The space Bright and spacious, the studio combines raw elements like concrete floors and exposed wooden beams with soft, welcoming details. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. • Open living area with a cozy sofa, vintage rug, and pull-out single bed • Sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and fresh linens • Fully equipped kitchen with combi oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, an electric kettle for tea or coffee and cooking essentials • Dining table near the kitchen and a bright workspace by the window • Compact bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink vanity, and a washing machine • Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove for year-round coziness • Towels, soap, and shampoo provided • Free Wi-Fi Guest access Access to the accommodation is via your own entrance through the carport. Please note: the carport is still somewhat cluttered but leads directly into a surprisingly green and inviting communal garden. The garden features mature trees, loungers, a large table, and a barbecue. You may share this outdoor area with our family—we have children and a dog. Free street parking is always available nearby. Other things to note English – Tourist Tax Information Please note: According to the regulations of the City of Eindhoven, a tourist tax of €4.50 per person per night applies. This tax is mandatory for all non-residents of Eindhoven and is not included in the Airbnb price. I am required to collect this tax separately, preferably via [cash / Tikkie / bank transfer – adjust as needed]. Thank you for your understanding! 🇬🇧 Accommodation No television – the perfect place to escape the digital world for a while and truly unwind. To enhance your sleep comfort, every guest receives earplugs and a sleep mask. Although there are curtains, some morning light may come in – ideal for early birds who like a gentle wake-up. If you prefer to sleep in, the sleep mask comes in handy. The studio includes a private toilet and bathroom for your full privacy during the stay. 🚽 Important: Since the studio is below street level, the toilet uses a macerator (grinder). Please flush only dry toilet paper – no wipes, tissues, sanitary products, or anything else. Flushing other materials can damage the system and cause backups. Thanks for your care and understanding! Our dog Charly does not enter the guest studio. For your privacy and peace, a closed gate separates the main house and garden, so Charly stays with us. She's a friendly, slightly theatrical dog from Romania who may bark briefly at new people but calms down quickly. Best tip: ignore her for a bit – she'll soon see you're friendly.
