Countryside escape - with pool

Welcome to my non-professional cottage, nestled in the heart of a charming old house! I invite you to come and enjoy the authenticity of this place that I love. This is a place where imperfection is part of the charm. Nestled in a small hamlet of a few houses, offering total privacy away from prying eyes. You will be bathed in tranquility, with breathtaking views. Enjoy the swimming pool in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. The space Located above my house, this gite guarantees you a separate entrance for complete privacy, perfect for recharging your batteries. The cottage is laid out as a single open-plan space, with a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of family vacations. The mezzanine bedroom opens directly onto the kitchen and living room, while the downstairs bedroom also opens onto this area. Ideal place for sharing time together, in a simple and welcoming atmosphere. Inside: • A fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, 2-burner stove, refrigerator) with a table and 4 chairs for convivial meals. • A comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with a heated towel rail and toilet. • On the mezzanine, a second bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) open to the first floor, offering a cozy atmosphere. • Linens provided (bed sheet, hand towel, dish towel, sponge, tablecloth and napkin). • Portable fan and towel dryer in the bathroom. Outdoor Perks: • Enjoy a large 1.8-hectare garden, perfect for total immersion in nature, and admire breathtaking sunsets. • Enjoy free access to our saltwater swimming pool (unsupervised and unfenced) for refreshing moments. It is open from mid-May to September, depending on the outside temperature, and is reserved exclusively for guests of your lodging and the owners from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. • Relax around the garden table with umbrella, and feel free to use the small BBQ (subject to prefectural authorization). The little extras: • Your pets are welcome if they are clean and sociable (please contact me for confirmation). • Cleaning included at the end of your stay for a hassle-free check-out. Guest access Access to the cottage by an old stone staircase. Other things to note I have a big Newfoundland dog named "Loly" and chickens. I can provide additional services on request, such as grocery shopping before your arrival, meals, a surprise for your loved one, a reservation, etc.
