Kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom holding both beds, and a modern bathroom. Everything is new, bright and tidy, exactly like the photos. SLEEPING The bedroom holds two beds side by side, one 1.80 x 2.00 meters and one 1.40 x 2.00 meters. Ideal for couples and solo travellers, and it works well for families with one or two children. If you are four adults who need separate rooms, the Palme or the Welle will suit you better and I am happy to help. Blackout blinds on the windows, fresh linens and towels are ready for you. THE AREA Supermarket, café, restaurant and beer garden are a few minutes on foot, and the pizzeria across the street gets recommended by guests again and again. Scheyern Abbey with its monastery brewery is right next door, and for cycling through the Hallertau there is an e-bike parking spot in the underground garage. Munich is approx. 45 min by car, Ingolstadt with the Audi Forum 25 min, and Therme Erding makes an easy day trip. Guest access The entire apartment is yours, along with your own spot in the underground garage and the lawn at the building. Check-in is fully self-service via a keypad lock. Before you arrive you will receive your personal code and detailed instructions including photos of the entrance and the apartment door, so it is no problem at all if you arrive late or do not know your exact arrival time yet. Luggage can be dropped off earlier or left after check-out, just let me know. Other things to note Number and size of the beds: 1x 1.80 x 2.00 meters in the bedroom 1x 1.40 x 2.00 meters in the same bedroom Fresh linens and plenty of towels are provided, you do not need to bring anything. If you run short on towels, a quick message is enough.
