Casa di Nat is only 20 minutes from Florence, but at the same time offers relaxation and nature, clean air and hiking nearby, as well as the adventure park for the enjoyment of adults and children, basic necessities stores a two-minute walk away, a typical Tuscan restaurant and a beautiful park with the Medici villa in front of the property. It offers free street parking, and a bus stop 20 meters away. The space On the ground floor, you will find a warm and charming living area, with a fireplace (not usable for safety reasons), an additional bed, a comfortable sofa and a characteristic brick arch that recalls the authenticity of the Tuscan style, embellished with exposed beams. To complete this environment we find a small kitchen fully equipped with utensils and dishes for cooking independently, and a practical storage room. Going up a few steps you enter the main bathroom, spacious and equipped with all comforts. A second staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two communicating rooms (separated by a small arch without a door), ideal for families or groups of friends. From the upper floor there is also access to a covered courtyard, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches or dinners even on less sunny days. Continuing on, there is a partially paved private garden, equipped with a barbecue: ideal for enjoying convivial moments in the open air. Guest access The accommodation is entirely at the disposal of guests: you will not share any space with other people inside the property. The house, arranged on two floors with an independent entrance and private garden, is for exclusive use, so as to guarantee privacy, comfort and total autonomy throughout the stay.
