Our accommodation, a lovely little townhouse named "Casita Estrella". Sunny, comfortable and family-friendly, it is fully equipped. Our accommodation is located about 500 m or 7 minutes walk from the famous Cala Pi cove protected by two cliffs and the picturesque Torrente. The casita is close to many amenities such as: a small market open all year round with bakery, souvenir shop, very close to Passeig de Cala Pi with 3 restaurants. The casita is equipped with modern amenities such as reversible air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. Main Floor: Front terrace with a small relaxation area. Living room + dining room. Restroom. Kitchen. It is an equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and a coffee corner with coffee machine, toaster, kettle. In the living room: TV with Netflix, wifi, fiber, reversible air conditioning, table for 6/8 people with 8 chairs. Private outdoor terrace with private pool: - dining table 8/10 people + 8 chairs outside - a Weber brand barbecue is available for your use - 4 bath deckchairs with mattress - umbrella - outdoor shower Outdoor laundry: - 9 kg washing machine with laundry available - vacuum cleaner - dryer Upstairs: All the bedrooms have AC. Bedroom 1: 1 master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed with storage cupboard and its private terrace with sea view and its small relaxation area + open private bathroom with shower and double sink. Bedroom 2: A 140 x 200 cm bed + a storage cabinet with access to the balcony on the pool side through a glass window door. Bedroom 3: A 140 x 200 cm bed + a storage cabinet with access to the balcony on the pool side through a glazed French window. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation for your comfort. Unfortunately, no pets are admitted to the casita, thank you. It is essential to enter the right number of guests for the right distribution and preparation of beds. Other things to note * No pets allowed in the casita * the water is not potable * Cleaning is included of course, however please leave our casita clean at a minimum before your departure (emptied bins and tidy dishes, thank you) * The accommodation is located about 30 minutes from the airport * nor parties inside or outside around our accommodation * The accommodation is non-smoking.
