The space The space is comfortable and ideal for a capacity of 5 guests, as well as very much suitable for longer stays. The entrance leads to a hallway with a half bathroom (toilet and sink, no shower) and the stairs to the large living area. At the entrance of the apartment, you'll also be greeted by a beautiful marble bust of a smiling girl, a nod to "LUISA'S SMILE." The living area comprises a lounge with a sofa bed, a spacious dining area with a wood-burning oven and a fireplace. Thanks to the large windows of the veranda, you can enjoy a beautiful view all year round. The kitchen is also to the dining area, to the veranda, and also to the lovely garden, complete with outdoor furniture, where the green lawn is framed by beautiful roses and colorful geraniums. On the upper floor, reached by an elevator, there is a double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with twin beds that can be joined to form a second double bedroom. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms, but if needed, there is private access from each bedroom using the floor landing and its glass door. Access to both rooms is also shared by the elevator, but again the floor landing and stairs can be made available for private access to each room. The elevator is very important because, being on a hill, the building has two floors on the street side and four floors on the valley side. Guests use it to access the sleeping quarters at the top of the house with breathtaking views, as well as the garden at the bottom level. The house is not completely suitable for those with reduced mobility because it has obstacles and small flights of stairs between the rooms.
