Upstairs, accessible via elevator, there is a twin bedroom (convertible to a double bedroom), leading to the charming master bedroom. The full bathroom can be accessed from both bedrooms, via the floor landing. Privacy & shared spaces Guests have full privacy and exclusive use of all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, veranda, and garden. The owner, Flaminia, lives in a separate apartment in the same building. The staircase and laundry area are shared, but guests do not need to use them unless they wish, in which case they are welcome to do so.
