Breakfast is included The space THE ROOM BREAKDOWN The room is situated across one floor: Bedroom – Super king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, two-seater sofa, armchair, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and flat-screen TV, French doors open onto a private balcony with sea views. En-suite – Overhead rainfall shower, washbasin, and toilet. Balcony – Outdoor seating with direct views over Boulmer beach and bay. Downstairs: Pub – Traditional pub serving local ales with indoor seating and sea views. Restaurant – Seasonal menu of seafood dishes and pub favourites. Outdoors – Decked seating area overlooking the beach. Parking – On-site parking available. Pets – Not permitted.
