All items are sanitized, organized and delivered sealed for added safety and convenience. The location is strategic, close to Av. Access to the property is fully private, with no shared areas. Check-in is simple and practical, done independently to provide more freedom during your arrival. Guest access The entire accommodation is for the exclusive use of the guests, with no shared areas, ensuring more privacy, comfort and freedom throughout the stay. Access is via self check-in, allowing you to arrive with total convenience and flexibility of schedule. On the day of check-in, we will send you all the detailed instructions for access, location and entry to the property, so that your arrival is simple, quick and hassle-free. Other things to note The garage can even accommodate a pickup truck, but it has to be placed diagonally and with difficulty, and it can accommodate up to two standard-sized cars by placing one car diagonally and the other straight. Note: A Dodge RAM does not fit Important: For reservations with more than 4 guests, it will be necessary to use extra mattresses on the floor. We provide up to 2 extra mattresses, allowing us to accommodate up to 6 guests in total. In order for the mattresses to be prepared, the reservation must be made on the platform with the actual number of guests. Requests for extra mattresses can only be fulfilled when all guests are properly listed in the reservation.
