Country House

- Our house is ideal for families or couples visiting the area. You will find calm and comfort there, a charming country house with a body of water to make your mouth water. Over an area of 8 hectares, you can observe birds and, if you're lucky, you'll see wild animals such as moorhens, wild ducks, hares, pheasants, and deer :)))) - Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space - A house with 3 bedrooms (6 adults) + 1 child's bed + 1 crib (bedding and linens are provided), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 fireplace, a large parking area, a pond with water lilies, a spacious area for picnics, and an outdoor BBQ for you to enjoy with your family and friends - You will have access to all the equipment (fiber optic Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen, fridge, kettle, coffee maker (use ground coffee), oven, and microwave) and you can prepare your meals in the kitchen - Bed linens provided for a minimum stay of 2 nights. - Bathroom linens not provided (towels, etc.) - Take a break and relax in our specially appointed house to welcome you. - The house is spacious with a large separate dining room Guest access - 15 mins Château-Renault, 20 mins Inter/Brico/Carrefour/Lidl and Château Renault train station, 15 mins Montoire-sur-le-Loir, 35 mins Amboise, 40 mins Tours Nord, 30 mins Vendôme *** Here are some interesting local markets: _ Tuesday morning Château Renault (a small market) _ Wednesday morning Montoire-sur-le-Loir (14 km) (a large market) _ Friday morning in Vendôme (a large market) _ Saturday morning Château Renault (a small market) _ Sunday morning Amboise (a large market) _ The Loire Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site
