This place, once a workshop, has found a new life without losing any of its soul through a decoration that respects its original spirit. The space On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 45 m² living room, a bedroom with a 2/80/200 articulated double bed, a bathroom and a toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs are two other bedrooms with double beds (160/200 and 140/190), a bathroom, a toilet, as well as attic, ideal for children with 1 BZ and a Tipichou (children's sofa bed). Sheets for all 3 bedrooms are provided, as well as bath towels. This home has a furnished terrace (a Weber BBQ will be available upon request) and secured. Other things to note The accommodation is located close to a pond populated with frogs that will soothe you. This aquatic space will also offer you the opportunity to take the time to sit down and quietly observe the biodiversity (A place in common with us). Swallows have taken up residence in the courtyard adjoining the accommodation, allowing you to observe them discreetly. The property is completely enclosed by a gate, allowing you to park your car safely. We will welcome you with joy, alongside Romeo, our 8-year-old dog. Perhaps he will make his voice heard when you arrive, but it is only his language of welcome. Very quickly, he will recognize you as a friend. Our proximity allows us to be attentively present to meet your needs with ease. For those who want to discover Feng Shui, I offer a workshop.
