Welcome to La Petite Maison

La Petite Maison is an old sheepfold that we have restored, located at the entrance to our property. We live on the edge of the forest, in the countryside. As the name suggests, "La Petite Maison" is small, with 18 m2, we have optimized each space to be able to welcome you. Note: The staircase leading to the mezzanine is steep and may not be suitable for everyone. The upstairs bedroom does not have direct ventilation; however, a bed is available on the ground floor. The space La Petite Maison sleeps two people. On the ground floor, it consists of a living room with a seating area, a fitted and equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet, and upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom. ⚠️ As the staircase leading to the mezzanine is steep, our establishment is not suitable for young children. Living room: 2-seater convertible sofa (140x190 mattress). Storage available in the chest of drawers provided for this purpose (no closet); a few hangers are available. Dining area: The coffee table in the living room can be converted into a dining table; the top lifts up and unfolds. Equipped kitchen: Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, ceramic cooktop, small refrigerator... Bathroom: Shower, small sink and toilet, with space heater and hairdryer. Mezzanine bedroom: double bed (140 x 190 mattress) Exterior: La Petite Maison has its own terrace with garden furniture overlooking our courtyard. Sheets and bath linens are provided. Rules: - The property must be returned clean, tidy, and in the same condition as you found it on arrival, so cleaning is mandatory when guests check out. - Please smoke outside the accommodation. - Parties and gatherings are not allowed - The number of guests on the booking must be the same as the number of guests present during the stay. - Due to damage, pets are no longer allowed. Guest access Upon arrival, parking is available along the low wall to the left of the gate. You can check in to the property on your own. Retrieval of keys directly from the secure key box positioned to the left of the front door. Outdoor security cameras are installed on our home and monitor EXCLUSIVELY OUR PRIVATE COURTYARD. They do not cover the guests' accommodation or its private areas.
