La Petite Maison is an old sheepfold that we have completely restored, located at the entrance to our property. We live on the edge of the forest, in the countryside. As its name suggests, "La Petite Maison" is small, with 18 m2, we have optimized each space to accommodate you. The space La Petite Maison is ideal for two people. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with living room, fitted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with wc and upstairs a mezzanine bedroom. ⚠️Good to know: Access to the mezzanine bedroom is via a ship's ladder; the staircase is steep. 📌Living room: 2 seater convertible sofa (140x190 mattress). Storage of your personal belongings in the drawer buffet provided for this purpose (no wardrobe), a few hangers available. 📌 Dining area: The coffee table in the living room is modular as a dining table, the tray rises and unfolds to provide lunch for 4 people around the table. 📌 Equipped kitchen: Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, ceramic stove, small refrigerator... 📌 Bathroom: Shower, small sink and toilet. Mezzanine 📌 bedroom: double bed (140x190) 📌 Exterior: La Petite Maison has its own terrace overlooking our courtyard. 📌Baby amenities available upon request (please let us know in advance). 📌Linens and towels provided. We have a cat named Topaze, thank you for being kind and affectionate with him. He walks outside. He won't bother you. Prohibition: Please smoke outside of the listing. Parties and gatherings are not allowed No pets allowed. Guest access Upon arrival, two parking spaces are available along the wall to the left of the gate. You also have the option to park in our yard, if you prefer. You can check in to the property on your own. Retrieval of keys directly from the secure key box positioned to the left of the front door.
