They occupy the 1st floor of the rear building of our home, and when booked together, they will offer a family or group of friends of 4 people a totally private space. We are located on the edge of the city center, opposite the Jeu de Paume shopping center with all amenities, 5 minutes from the first restaurants and 15 minutes from Place Jeanne Hachette and the Cathedral. The bus stop serving the airport is 2 minutes away. Studio 1, with an area of 27 m2 and "colonial chic travel" inspired decoration, offers a living room divided into 3 spaces (kitchen/dining, work/relaxation, night) and a bathroom. At the entrance, the kitchen/dining area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette (sink, double induction hob, microwave oven grill, hood, dishes, kitchen utensils) and a bistro table with 2 chairs. At your disposal upon arrival, a small bottle of fresh water per person in the refrigerator and a kettle with the necessary to prepare instant coffee and tea. The work/relaxation area includes a desk and chair as well as an antique Chesterfield sofa and an old trunk as a coffee table. Guest internet access may be provided free of charge, at the discretion of the owners. Separated by a central screen, the sleeping area has a real 160 x 200 bed (with memory foam pillows and 4-season 3-in-1 duvet), 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. This sleeping area gives access to a bathroom including: vanity unit with illuminated mirror, toilet, 180 x 90 walk-in shower, MVC and electric towel dryer, bath sheets, towels, shampoo and shower gel. The studio is very well insulated, with 2 large double-glazed windows facing west with electric roller shutters. A latest model, reversible and dedicated air-to-air heat pump ensures economical heating and quiet air conditioning. An enclosed garden of 350 m2 with a patio of 15 m2 as well as a room that can accommodate a bicycle or scooter are available, shared between the tenants of the two studios and ourselves (who have another private garden). The configuration of the premises and the equipment of each studio allow tenants to be autonomous and independent.
