The Vinyl is a homely 1 bedroom flat with off-road parking, in close vicinity to the University Campus and a stone's throw away from the beautiful Southampton Common. Well equipped facilities make this a go to home away from home, ideal for both long and short stay guests. The space The Vinyl has 1 spacious master bedroom which can be split in to a twin room for professional stays. In the living room, you'll find a sofa bed the size of a child double bed when flat. This flat is cosy, well equipped and convenient for both a long and short stay for those based at the University. The kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, toaster, microwave and more. It is situated within easy reach of the motorway in under 10 minutes. Guest access Guests can park on the drive in front of the gate. Guests have sole use of the property and are welcome to come and go as they please. To keep things safe and comfortable for all our guests, we sometimes ask for ID verification if there’s little stay history or no previous reviews.
