Cosy Countryside Cottage near Truro

A charming cottage in the countryside just outside the city of Truro. The perfect location to explore the heart of Cornwall with excellent links to the city, the A30 and the North and South coasts. The house sits within a large plot with its own private patio and garden. Enjoy outdoor dining and relax on a lounger. Or get cosy in the comfortable lounge and gorgeous kitchen diner. Sleeps 4 with a double and twin bedrooms. Ample off-road parking. Child friendly but not suitable for dogs or pets. The space Seveock Farm Cottage is situated 4 miles from Truro, 5 miles from the north coast and 10 miles to the south coast. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane which takes you into Truro, ideal if you want to go for a meal out and enjoy a drink or two. The villages of Chacewater and Threemilestone are nearby, both with shops, pubs, takeaways and bakeries. The warm and friendly hosts live onsite as they are downsizing to a caravan to make this house available for all to enjoy over the summer. They will be available to greet you on arrival and answer any queries throughout your stay. The house is suitable for families but please note there are steps between the parking area and the house and garden. Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for dogs or other pets. Indoor stair gates can be provided on request. Please be aware that there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the full house, a private patio and lawned garden. The front courtyard is available to use however the hosts may need access from time to time. Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the wider property and grounds. Guests will have access to two dedicated parking spaces but further off road parking can be made available upon request. Other things to note There is a friendly cat who lives at the property, and whilst she will move into the caravan with the hosts, she may still try to visit the house from time to time!
