Welcome to our fully furnished building in Giza with 10 similar apartments, ideal for all types of travelers. Each unit is carefully prepared with a strong focus on cleanliness and comfort. Located just off King Faisal Road, with restaurants and essentials nearby. Major attractions like the Pyramids, Sphinx, Egyptian Museum, and Nile are a short Uber ride away. Metro station is 9 minutes’ walk. The space CTC building specifications - Fully renovated building. - The building consists of 10 almost similar apartments. - each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. - The building is located on Al Sorougy Street off King Feisal Street; it is relatively a popular and vital place. - The area is very safe for accommodation. - Apartments are furnished as hotel apartments in a way that makes it very comfy for the guest. - There is free Wi-Fi with a reasonable bundle, air conditions hot and cold, and all the needed amenities for an integrated and pleasant stay. - The apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults (please see photos of the unit). - There is an on-site operation team in the building that is available 24/7. - Cleaning service at check-in is provided as part of the reservation charges while guests with long stays can ask for extra cleaning service for $12 for each time. - Long stays of more than a week will need the CTC team to do the cleaning at least once a week for $12 each time to assure guest satisfaction and convenience.
