You will enjoy access to everything from this central location in one of the most famous fishing villages in the Maritimes . Walk to all Restaurants, Lobster Shops, Bakery, Craft Brewery, Shopping, adjacent Fundy National Park or walk on the Ocean Floor steps away from your home. 3 bedroom fully equipped with all the comforts of home. On the main floor you will find a King size bed and full bathroom, upstairs has a 3 piece bathroom along with 2 queen bedrooms.Note a/c only on main floor The space Upon arriving you will find a bright and cheery home with a well equipped kitchen. Also on the main floor you will find a nice dining area , living space with TV, full bathroom and king size bedroom Upstairs offers 2 Queen size bedrooms, another living area to relax and read or do a puzzle, along with a 3 piece bathroom. Outside there is a band new deck with propane bbq for your use Guest access When you arrive please use the lock box (we will provide code before your arrival) and settle in. Since we have neighbours we ask that you be respectful with noise levels. ***we kindly ask that no seafood products be cooked inside the home otherwise additional fees can be added. Also due to insurance regulations we are unable to host any animals at our location There is room for Only 2 vehicles at this location, please be respectful to neighbours and not block the road Guest access There is 2 rooms upstairs that will be locked , the basement , plus an owners closet which are not accessible to renters , please Note no washer or dryer available, otherwise free use of the home for your stay (no other people in the home) Other things to note Parking for 2 vehicles only No smoking No animals No fires No washer or dryer In Alma you will find many delicious and unique restaurants or take outs to suit any taste .
