Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire Dove Cottage residence, fenced riverside garden. Please note: The cottage sits within the historic Brambridge Estate. Guests are welcome to enjoy the riverside garden and nearby public walking routes, but the wider estate grounds remain private. River Walks: You are perfectly positioned to enjoy the countryside. Direct access is provided via the tarmac road to wonderful long walks along the River Itchen, leading towards historic Winchester or the village of Bishops Waltham. Parking is available for two vehicles on the property’s driveway and in the garage, with additional parking located just across the bridge. Other things to note To maintain the tranquility of the historic Brambridge Estate and ensure a peaceful experience for all, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We are happy to host responsible family groups, but guests are limited to those listed on the reservation. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the serenity of the area by observing quiet hours after 11:00 PM both indoors and in the garden.
