The space The downstairs features a brand new kitchen with high-end appliances, a fridge with filtered water and ice maker, and beautiful views. The living and dining room features exposed stone walls, oak floors, dining table, plenty of storage, and a characterful fireplace which has been converted into an entertainment center with a 50" smart TV and a games chest. Upstairs are three bedrooms; the master has a spacious superking bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers; there is another double bedroom with an office desk; and a kids' room with children’s bunk beds (5ft 5in in length), drawers, and children's books. There's a main bathroom with a full bath and shower, and there's also a small en-suite toilet and shower room off the master bedroom. Full disclosure, while most of the property has recently undergone a full renovation, the bathroom appliances have not all been replaced. But they are very clean and functional, and this has been reflected in the rental price. Outside, there is a patio area next to the house for outside dining, and a large, wild garden to explore.
