Cozy accommodation near the sea

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Here, you are close to the sea, with a lovely 20-minute walk to several swimming spots. The Sörmlandsleden trail, section 56, passes by, and you are surrounded by fields and scenic paths and roads. You can cycle to Trosa’s picturesque town center and harbor in about 30 minutes or drive there in around 6 minutes. Here, you primarily enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings in a house designed for vacation and relaxation. The space In the hallway, you will find a staircase leading up to the sleeping loft, which spans the entire house with a floor area of 54 sqm. The loft has sloping ceilings and contains four beds: one double bed and one single bed in each sleeping alcove. There are no doors to close. On the ground floor, you have the hallway, where you will also find a small bathroom with a shower. The hallway continues into a kitchen with a partially open layout. The kitchen includes a stove with an oven and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. Kitchen appliances available are a coffee maker, an Italian moka pot for espresso, a kettle, a toaster, a clothes steamer, and cookware and utensils for cooking. There is a kitchen bar that comfortably seats 2–3 people, and in total there are four bar stools. Beyond the kitchen, there is a small sleeping/living room with fold-out armchairs that can be used as beds when needed. Outside the window is our small chicken coop. If you are sensitive to the rooster crowing, earplugs are recommended. There is no door separating this room from the kitchen, only a curtain. Further inside, there is a larger living/dining room used as a social area and dining space. It is partially open to the kitchen and has an additional door leading out to the terrace, which runs along the entire front of the house. It’s a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, a coffee break, or a glass of wine. The terrace faces south and offers a beautiful view. The entire ground floor is approximately 54 sqm. There is also outdoor furniture in the garden on the gable side of the lower part of the house. Under the roof there, you will also find a charcoal grill. For your convenience, I would like to clarify the following: There is an indoor staircase and a shorter outdoor staircase. Handrails are available in some places. There are four regular beds, with an additional extra bed available in a fold-out armchair upon request. Please note that there is only one small bathroom with a shower and only a small fridge with a freezer compartment. There is no dishwasher. Finally, my vision is to rent this place with a focus on holidays and relaxation. Therefore, there is no Wi‑Fi, TV, microwave, or dishwasher. Instead, you will find board games, a few books, and magazines for when you are not out enjoying the beautiful nature around us or exploring everything that Trosa and Sörmland have to offer Guest access You have access to a private house of 54 square meters, as well as an additional 54 square meter sleeping loft on the upper floor. You also have access to the garden surrounding the house. Other things to note Your dog is welcome, but it must be kept on a leash outdoors, as we have free-ranging chickens, our own dog, and many wild animals in the surrounding area.
