Recently created, Buxeria offers you a disconnecting experience in its comfortable accommodation with large outdoor spaces, designed to make the most of your stay. You will have access to our private 4000 m2 island and can enjoy a relaxing time in our wellness area equipped with a spa and massage room. The space "Côté rivière" is a private accommodation of 70 m2 on 2 levels (duplex), recently built and carefully decorated to offer you a memorable and rejuvenating stay. On the ground floor is 2 bedrooms with premium bedding, king size bed (180). Depending on your needs, rooms can be prepared with 2 single beds. The bathroom and toilet are at this level. The floor is set up to spend pleasant moments with family or friends, with the fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room allowing comfortably to accommodate up to 6 people. Relaxation will be provided on the 35m2 terrace with views of nature, horses and the river. You can also enjoy nature by spending a moment on our island around the fire pit, in a sunbed or strolling to discover the local fauna. The river is 20 meters from the accommodation! During your stay you will have access to the wellness area composed of a jacuzzi that can accommodate 5 people, a hammam and a massage room. Feel free to contact us in advance of your arrival to schedule a massage with one of our partners. This space is also accessible to the other tenants of the site, as soon as you arrive you can book your privatization times (in increments of 1.5 hours between 7:30 am and 9pm). Self-service activities are available indoors and outdoors: board games, ping pong table, badminton set, kayaking... The accommodation is equipped with a smart TV with French and international channels. Access to Netflix, Prime, Canal, Disney platforms are via your credentials. Umbrella bed, high chair, bottle warmer and adapted dishes are available upon request. The sofa bed (160) can be prepared to accommodate 2 additional people (maximum 6 people with additional pricing, from the 5th person). The floor is equipped with blackout curtains to ensure complete darkness. A convenience store open 7 days a week, a bakery, a restaurant bar and a medical center are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation - Daours: 2.5 km. Buxeria is conveniently located near the main highways: A16, A29, 15 minutes from the city center of Amiens and close to many points of interest to visit. A welcome booklet is sent to you before your arrival to allow you to best organize your stay and to share with you our recommended places and the must-see visits nearby. Given the configuration of the site, access to the river is not secure. Children remain under your vigilance and responsibility. The accommodation is in the immediate vicinity of our horses in storage in winter. You may hear them during your stay. Côté Chevaux and Côté Rivière are semi-detached duplexes on one side that have a modular acoustic partition upstairs, allowing you to organize your stays for 8 to 12 people. The terrace is also equipped with a removable screen, ensuring absolute tranquility even when shared. Buxeria has another accommodation, "Le Moulin" (15 people), available on the same site, which can accommodate up to 27 people in total. Guest access Buxeria is located at the end of a small dead-end street, tranquility is assured. Located close to the main highways (A16 and A29), you can park your vehicle in the courtyard or outside in an area dedicated to guests. Other things to note Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Linens are provided: tea towels, sheets, towels. We are located in a quiet environment, the organization of parties is prohibited. The noise level must be reasonable. Dishes must be done and put away. The kitchenette and tables cleaned. Sheets removed and placed on the beds. Garbage cans must be emptied and placed in the garbage room. Selective sorting is carried out in the municipality and glass containers are available in the village. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, we reserve the right to request €50 from the security deposit. Access to and use of the wellness area and the island are your responsibility. Access to unaccompanied minors is prohibited for safety reasons. For everyone's safety, the parking lot is equipped with video surveillance.
