It is strategically located between the International Airport and the city of San Salvador, being ideal for those looking for nature and tranquility without moving too far away from the city. All its spaces are quite spacious, which makes this a perfect house to accommodate large groups with total comfort. The space The house has four spacious and comfortable rooms: 1. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom, closet and a private living room inside the bedroom, offering an exclusive and comfortable space. 2. The second bedroom has three queen size beds and a private bathroom. 3-4. The third bedroom has two queen size beds, while the fourth bedroom has one queen size bed. Both rooms share a full bathroom. *All rooms have air conditioning, guaranteeing a cool and comfortable stay. As for the social areas, the house offers two indoor living rooms and two indoor dining rooms, one of them with a refreshing Japanese style. In addition, it has an enclosed terrace-type interior space, with glass walls that allow the abundant entry of natural light; in this space there is an additional living room and an additional dining room, creating an open, bright and very cozy atmosphere, always inside the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils, dishes and utensils included, ideal for comfortably serving large groups. Outside, the property has several areas to rest and relax, children's games, large green areas and gardens both in front and at the back of the house, perfect for enjoying nature. In addition, the house has parking for more than five vehicles and a sauna located inside, which complements the rest and wellness experience. Guest access All areas of the house are completely private, as are the outdoor areas. During your stay you will not share the space with other guests. This is a property designed to relax, unwind and disconnect from the city's rhythm, ideal to spend time with family and friends, create unforgettable moments and enjoy privacy, since everything that happens during your stay will be only between you. Please note that the host will be inside the property, but not inside the house. She is in charge of supervising and maintaining the house in good condition, being available in case assistance is required. Other things to note Among other details to note, it is important to remember that the property is in an area surrounded by forest and nature, so it is normal to find insects typical of the environment. We recommend bringing mosquito repellent, especially at night, when mosquitoes and small animals may appear. It is also possible to find ants or other insects in the surrounding area, as this is an area with abundant vegetation. All of this is completely normal in this type of natural environment and is part of the experience. Additionally, the access road to the gate of the country house is not paved, it is a dirt road, so it is recommended to drive with caution, especially if you are traveling in a sedan type vehicle. However, sedan vehicles can arrive without any problems. From the access gate to the house, the road is fully paved, so you will have no problems once inside the property.
