In the living room, two people can comfortably sleep on a pull-out sofa. The living room wall with large TV, reading lamp and Wi-Fi complete the cozy ensemble. In the bedroom, the large double bed with very comfortable mattresses and toppers is complemented by a sliding door cabinet with plenty of storage space. In the second bedroom, our guests will find two single beds and a spacious sliding door closet. A desk with seating completes the decor. The bathroom with shower, sitting bathtub and toilet is optionally heated with underfloor heating or an infrared mirror. Includes an electrically heated wall towel rail, towels, hair dryer, a first aid kit and basic sanitary equipment. From the courtyard/parking lot, you can enter through the front door into an anteroom with a small kitchenette incl. sink and refrigerator. From there you have access to a 3rd bathroom (garden bathroom) and garden with private guest area. The garden features a sitting area, barbecue facilities, an open fireplace, wellness loungers, and a Hollywood swing. On our property two cars can park for free.
