The space About the Villa This house has been fully renovated and carefully finished with natural materials. Some rooms have high ceilings, and the interior and exterior have a sophisticated atmosphere influenced by Swedish design. The kitchen is spacious and Western-style, featuring oak worktops. It was built by a Swedish carpenter, and the Nordic materials and style blend with Japanese aesthetics to create a warm space. The spacious rooms can comfortably accommodate up to seven people. There are two toilets and two showers, making it convenient for groups and families. The outdoor space is also very cozy and a wonderful space to enjoy breakfast and barbecue. The beach is just a short walk away, so you can enjoy a relaxing time by the sea. Guest access Usage Guests are free to use the entire house, except for a small room where maintenance supplies are stored. You are also free to use the garden. At the back of the building, there is garden furniture and barbecue facilities, making it a comfortable outdoor space to enjoy breakfast, BBQ, etc. If you wish to use the barbecue, please bring charcoal and fire starters. Other things to note About the surrounding environment and parking This property is located in a residential area, and there are residents in the neighborhood. Therefore, please refrain from playing loud music or partying until late at night. Please be quiet after 8pm. There are two parking spaces available. One is a shared parking lot with neighbors, and the other is on the host's property.
