My sister & I welcome you to our little retro style holiday home that’s been in our family for generations and have been coming to ourselves since we were little nippers! Situated in Snowdonia, with breathtaking scenic views & a 5 minute walk from the beach. Technology free zone - our mum used to say we don’t come here to watch TV so to keep her traditions alive we’ve stuck by this - perfect opportunity to reacquaint yourself with the great outdoors and embrace your idyllic surroundings! The space 3 beds: 2 single & 1 double 1 bathroom: bath & electric shower The original 70s style kitchen: fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, dishes, salt & pepper Lounge/dining area has plenty of seating - 4 dining chairs, and a 2-3 seater sofa & armchair with a cosy electric fire place Dining room table is extendable Lots of board games in dresser to keep yourselves entertained on a rainy day! Conservatory/porch area has seating & a table, perfect place to sit with your morning cuppa whilst glancing over an array of leaflets showcasing a wide variety of local attractions in and around the area! Private garden - however on one side our neighbour at no.46 has to cut through via the path to get to his house - he’s a lovely friendly man, so don’t be alarmed if you see him walking past! Other things to note Duvets & pillows are provided with protectors, however we do not provide SHEETS or TOWELS - you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, and towels including bath mat, tea towels etc No WiFi or TV - but great phone/data signal so do not fret!
