Cancellation & Insurance Policy • Free Cancellation: Up to 30 days before the arrival date. • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 100% fee applies. • Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the cottage is strictly prohibited. A 120,000 ISK fine will be charged for violations. • Hot Tub Policy: If food or alcohol is found in the hot tub, requiring a full emptying, deep cleaning, and filter change, a cleaning fee of up to 45,000 ISK will be charged. • Damage Policy: Any broken or damaged items will be charged at their full purchase value.
