Maunabo is a beautiful small town located in the Southeast of the island. Bahia Vista Condo is a gated community with security 24/7. Is walking distance to Punta Tuna Reserve and a secluded beach. You will be able to enjoy our pool, tennis/pickleball court, half basketball court and plenty restaurants close by. 2 assigned parking. The space Bahia Vista is an attractive nice condo overlooking the Caribbean Sea perched up on a cliff. Just across the street it is a nice long green space protected area along the beach (Punta Tuna Reserve), perfect for walks or simply sit and listen the sound of the waves. The condos are well maintained and secure with nice amenities. Our complex has security guards 24/7, please be kind to our security personal. Our place is more suitable for couples or families that are looking for quiet, peaceful and relaxing time enjoying the amazing combination of ocean and mountain views. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, laundry and 2 balconies. The living room offers a nice view and comfortable leather sofa with plenty seating space. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, pots and everything you will need to cook or warm up your meals. Each room is equipped with AC units and ceilings fans. It is located at ground level floor, stairs free. You will be able to enjoy the views from our 2 balconies, each with their seating space. We offer 2 designated parking right on front of the building. We offer extra stuff for you to take to the beach, beach chairs, beach bag, small cooler and beach towels. Also, we will provide the basic supply, like toilet paper, dish soap, body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. It is a washer and dryer available, but we don't keep laundry detergent. We have 2 Roku smart TV where you can watch your own shows or movies directly from your phone or apps. Wi-Fi is available, the password will be given at check- in. The place is perfect for relaxing getaways or to spend quality time with your loved ones. The community does not accept visitors that are not listed on the reservation, neither is permitted parties or celebrations with loud music, in order to maintain the peace and tranquility within the community, residents and guests. It's one pool, gazebo and gym at the higher area of the community that is strictly for resident's use. The visitors pool, gazebo, tennis/pickleball court, playground and half basketball court can be use during your stay. The visitors pool and communal areas are next to the security gate. Also next to the visitor pools is a pedestrian gate that will take you straight to the path that will direct you to the secluded beach and Natural reserve and the light house. The beach across the street is just steps from the condo. I recommend you go to Villa Pesquera, which is 3 minutes' drive or about 25 minutes' walk, there is a restaurant and a small pier and a small private beach. Also is Los Bohios beach, where depends what months of the year the sand is black. If you like to walk, you also will be able to walk in the beach about 20- 25 minutes to get to restaurants like Agua Viva,Paraiso del Caribe and Baguas, the walk, the view and the ocean breeze is priceless. Guest access 1. The access is self-check in. You will need to check in with our security guards upon arrival. 2. You will find a lockbox to open the gate in the main door. 3. Then a keypad lock to open the main door. ** The master room walking closet will be kept close since is our storage room. Other things to note *Our condo is Non-Smoking area, please do not smoke or vape inside the unit. * Parties or loud music is not allowed. * The number of people in the reservation should match the number of people staying at the unit. We do register each guest with our security team in order to keep a safe environment. * No pets allow. Only per owner authorization. * Please be courteous with other guests, residents and security guards.
