Need to disconnect? Come and enjoy the calm of the Landes countryside in a charming house from 1885, completely renovated. You will stay in a comfortable and fully equipped room, with independent entrance, 160x200 bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, a 30 m² private terrace with direct access to the swimming pool, dining area and ping pong table. Every morning, a homemade and local breakfast is included, carefully prepared according to your tastes and habits. The space Your room has a bathroom with sliding door, a separate toilet and a wardrobe area. Outside, the bedroom is extended by a private terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Please note: as the pool is not secure, unfortunately we cannot accept children. During your stay We are reachable by phone and are very regularly present on site. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything or if you want information about the area. Other things to note In case of rain or if you prefer, you can enjoy meals in the chalet near the pool. We have equipped this space with a fridge, microwave, kettle and sink for small dishes. Designed as an additional relaxation area, we provide you with books and magazines, card games... something to do in case of bad weather. A Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle with an assortment of teas and infusions are available in your room. A ping-pong table and a volleyball net for the pool are also at your disposal. Please note that the pool is exclusively reserved for you (we only have one room for rent). Want to go out for dinner? Several restaurants are a few minutes away by car. But if you prefer to stay calm, we also offer packed lunches to enjoy on your terrace or by the pool. Please let us know in advance. We are located just 15 minutes from Dax, 40 minutes from the Landes beaches (Vieux-Boucau, Messanges, Seignosse, Hossegor, Capbreton), 45 minutes from the Basque coast (Bayonne, Anglet, Biarritz) and 1 hour from Spain.
